Juding and clinic mark the state horse event
Ninety 4-H members from all across the state converged upon the University of Missouri for the Horse Juding Contest . In addition to the contest, about 60 youth and parents participated in a judging clinic taught by Karen Craighead of Stephens College.

Cox awarded the MFA Saddle Award
Kristy Cox was awarded a free western saddle from MFA, Inc. who has provided a saddle for the last 22 years to a 4-H member.
