4-H exhibits and competitions are part of the fun of the Missouri State Fair. You won’t want to miss this special event – visit the 4-H building to see the projects of our 4-H youth or catch the judging competitions. Whatever your niche, there is something for everyone. Bring the family!

Located at the intersection of Highways 50 and 65, and less than 20 miles south of I-70, Sedalia is roughly an hour from Kansas City, Columbia and Jefferson City.

Show Me 4-H Wares

The 2nd Annual Show Me 4-H Wares booth is accepting applications for young entrepreneurs to sell their 4-H products and services at the State Fair. Any 4-H member who will have a project on display at the 2008 Missouri State Fair is eligible to apply.

Visit the International village – a variety of hands-on activities for visitors to the 4-H Building, meet some of our 4-H members who have recently visited other countries through the Global Education Exchange Program and enjoy the International Topic Demonstrations in the Electric Theater.

Sunday, August 10

· Clover Kid Day

This is a special day for Clover Kids (youth ages 5-7). All Missouri 4-H Clover Kids and their families are invited to participate. Clover Kids may bring one item they have made, visit with the judges and receive a State Fair Participation ribbon. They may also give a demonstration. All young fair-goers will be encouraged to participate in the activities.
